Once you purchase an animal you have the following options:
1. Custom Harvest: You pay the full bid price, Select your processor from the pre-defined list, exhibitor delivers animal to the processor, Contact the processor on Monday with cutting and packaging instructions You are responsible for picking up your meat and paying all processing costs. Enjoy your home raised meat
2. Donate back: The proceeds from your initial purchase goes straight to the exhibitor. Once donated back, the exhibitor takes the animal to the local livestock market to be sold at market price. These funds are donated to the Livestock Association’s Improvement and Barn fund for improvements and upkeep for the program.
